An Act to Amend the Environmental Trust Fund Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Environmental Trust Fund Act, chapter E-9.3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1990, is amended by adding after section 3 the following:

3.1 A minimum of one-third of the payments made out of the Environmental Trust Fund in each fiscal year for the purposes of section 3 shall be allocated, on an equal basis, to each of the schools in the public education system in the Province to be used for environmental education projects.

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation
