An Act to Amend the Taxpayer Protection Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 6 of the Taxpayer Protection Act, chapter T-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2003, is repealed and the following is substituted:

6 Any question or questions to be submitted to the voters on a referendum shall be approved by the Legislative Assembly.
