An Act to Amend the Salvage Dealers Licensing Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 3 of the English version of the Salvage Dealers Licensing Act, chapter S-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “Lieutenant-Governor in Council” and substituting “Minister”.
