An Act to Amend the Corrections Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 18 of the Corrections Act, chapter C-26 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed and the following is substituted:

Rehabilitation of inmate

18 An objective of confinement in a correctional institution is to assist in the rehabilitation of inmates.
