An Act to Amend the Smoke-free Places Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 3 of the Smoke-free Places Act, chapter S-9.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2004, is amended by adding after paragraph (d) the following:

(d.1)  in a vehicle while another person in the vehicle is under the age of 16 years,

2 This Act comes into force on January 1, 2010.
