An Act to Repeal the Surety Bonds Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Surety Bonds Act, chapter S-16 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed.

CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Municipalities Act

2 Subsection 84(2) of the Municipalities Act, chapter M-22 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed.

Natural Products Act

3(1) Subsection 22(2) of the Natural Products Act, chapter N-1.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is repealed.

3(2) Subsection 31(2) of the Act is repealed.
