Spending Announcement Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 During a by-election, the government shall not announce any government spending solely applicable to the riding where the by-election is being held.

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
