An Act to Amend the Motor Vehicle Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 310.01(4) of the Motor Vehicle Act, chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “twenty-four” and substituting “one hundred and twenty”.

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
