An Act to Amend the Medical Services Payment Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 4.101 of the Medical Services Payment Act, chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed.

2 An Act to Amend the Medical Services Payment Act, chapter 45 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is repealed.
