An Act to Amend the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 2(2) of the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act, chapter M-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2008, is amended

(a)  in paragraph (b) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;

(b)  by adding after paragraph (b) the following:

(b.1)  property forfeited to Her Majesty in the right of the Province under the Civil Forfeiture Act; and

COMMENCEMENT

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
