Supplementary Appropriations Act 2009-2010 (1)
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
There may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $198,403,000 to be applied towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 2009 to the thirty-first day of March, 2010 as set forth in the Schedule following, and such sum shall be paid and applied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates, Volume I, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 upon which document the Schedule is based.
