An Act to Amend the Medical Services Payment Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 12(k) of the Medical Services Payment Act, chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “beneficiaries” and substituting “entitled persons”.
