An Act to Amend the Medical Services Payment Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 2.01 of the Medical Services Payment Act, chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended

(a)  in paragraph (a) by striking out the comma at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma followed by “or”;

(b)  in paragraph (b) by striking out “, or” at the end of the paragraph and substituting a period;

(c)  by repealing paragraph (c).

2 Paragraph 12(c) of the English version of the Act is amended by striking out “or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon” and substituting “or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon”.
