An Act to Amend the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 2(2)(b) of the Management of Seized and Forfeited Property Act, chapter M-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2008, is amended by striking out “under subsection 16(2) or 17(2)” and substituting “under section 16 or subsection 17(2)” .

2 This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on April 30, 2008.
