An Act to Amend the Tuition Tax Cash Back Credit Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The heading “Application of Financial Administration Act” preceding section 15 of the Tuition Tax Cash Back Credit Act, chapter T-16.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is repealed.

2 Section 15 of the Act is repealed.
