An Act to Amend the Queen’s Counsel and Precedence Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 2 of the Queen’s Counsel and Precedence Act, chapter Q-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “Attorney General or Solicitor General of Canada, or” and substituting “Attorney General of Canada or”.
