An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Building Code Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 61(1) of the New Brunswick Building Code Act, chapter N-3.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is amended by adding after paragraph (a) the following:

(a.1)  establishing barrier-free design standards to replace those which are set out in Section 3.8. of the Code;
