An Act to Repeal the City of Saint John Pension Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The City of Saint John Pension Act, chapter 112 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1994, is repealed.

2 Despite the repeal of the City of Saint John Pension Act, the pension plan established by that Act continues in force until it is amended, replaced or wound-up in accordance with the Pension Benefits Act.
