An Act to Amend the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 16 of the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act, chapter M-7.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is amended

(a)          in subsection (1) by striking out “twelve” and substituting “forty-eight”;

(b)          by repealing paragraph (2)(a).

2 Section 17 of the Act is amended

(a)          in subsection (1) by striking out “twelve” and substituting “forty-eight”;

(b)          by repealing paragraph (2)(a).
