Pension Qualification Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1                  No person shall be entitled to receive a pension pursuant to the Public Service Superannuation Act, chapter P-26 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, unless the person has met the qualifications for pensionable service as outlined in the aforementioned act.
