An Act to Amend the Regional Health Authorities Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 26 of the Regional Health Authorities Act, chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by striking out “Minister” wherever it appears and substituting “board”.

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
