An Act to Amend the Smoke-free Places Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 3 of the Smoke-free Places Act, chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended

(a)          in paragraph (f) by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;

(b)          in paragraph (g) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma followed by “or”;

(c)          by adding after paragraph (g) the following:

(h)          on a playground. 

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
