An Act to Amend the Vital Statistics Act
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1 Section 27 of the Vital Statistics Act, chapter V-3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1979, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
27( 2.1) No person by whom a marriage was solemnized shall deliver or mail a completed registration of marriage form under subsection (2) that he or she knows or ought to know contains false or misleading information.
2 Schedule A of the Act is amended by striking out
and substituting the following:
