An Act to Amend An Act to Incorporate the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association

WHEREAS the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association prays that it be enacted as hereinafter set forth:

THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 17(2)(e) of An Act to Incorporate the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association, chapter 69 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1997, is repealed and the following is substituted:

(e) provides evidence satisfactory to the Board of having professional liability insurance or comparable liability protection in compliance with the by-laws,

2 Subparagraph 24(3)(a)(ii) of the French version of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

(ii) comprend les mots « corporation profession-nelle » ou l’abréviation « c.p. »,
