An Act to Amend the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1                  Subsection 16(1) of the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act, chapter M-7.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is amended by striking out “twelve” and substituting “forty-eight”.

2                  Subsection 17.1(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “12” and substituting “48”.
