An Act to Amend the Legislative Assembly Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 30 of the Legislative Assembly Act , chapter L-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after subsection (3) the following:

30(4)          Notwithstanding subsection (3), the Minister of Finance shall prepare quarterly statements containing all expenses paid to members under subsections (1) and (1.1) and sections 30.01 and 30.02 and the quarterly statements shall be posted on the website of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick.
