An Act to Amend the Fish and Wildlife Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 1(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended in the definition “resident”

(a)  in paragraph (e) by striking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;

(b)  in paragraph (f) of the English version by adding “or” at the end of the paragraph;

(c)  by adding after paragraph (f) the following :

(g)  a person who was born in the Province and who is a member of the Canadian Forces or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
