An Act to Amend the Financial and Consumer Services Commission Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 7 of the Financial and Consumer Services Commission Act, chapter 30 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is amended

(a)  by repealing subsection (2);

(b)  by repealing subsection (3).

2 This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2014.
