An Act to Amend the Agricultural Development Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Agricultural Development Act, chapter 106 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after section 13 the following:

Personal information

13.1 The Board and the Minister may collect personal information with respect to financial assistance provided under this Act.

Agreements for debt collection

13.2 The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, enter into agreements with the New Brunswick Internal Services Agency for the purposes of collecting or recovering debts with respect to financial assistance provided under this Act.
