An Act to Repeal the Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act, chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is repealed.

2 New Brunswick Regulation 83-90 under the Farm Improvement Assistance Loans Act is repealed.
