An Act to Repeal the Farm Machinery Loans Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Farm Machinery Loans Act, chapter F-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed.

2 New Brunswick Regulation 83-173 under the Farm Machinery Loans Act is repealed.
