An Act to Amend the Judicature Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Schedule A of the Judicature Act, chapter J-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended

(a)  in paragraph (z) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;

(b)  by adding the following after subsection (z):

(aa)  applications, proceedings or any other matter in relation to the Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act (Canada).

2 Schedule B of the Act is amended by adding after

Education Act

the following:

Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act (Canada)
