An Act to Amend the International Interests in Mobile Equipment Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 5 of the International Interests in Mobile Equipment Act, chapter 34 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2014, is amended by striking out “Article 49 of the Convention and Article XXVIII of the Aircraft Protocol” and substituting “Article 57 of the Convention and Article XXXIII of the Aircraft Protocol”.
