An Act to Amend the Statute Revision Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 13 of the Statute Revision Act, chapter 224 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended

(a)  in subsection (1)

( i) in paragraph (b) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;

( ii) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:

(c)  to amend external cross-references in Acts and regulations that have been rendered inaccurate by a revision.

(b)  in subsection (2) by striking out “paragraph (1)(a)” and substituting “paragraph (1)(a) or (c)”.
