An Act to Amend the Lobbyists’ Registration Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1                  The Lobbyists’ Registration Act, chapter 11 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2014, is amended by adding after subsection 32(4) the following:

32(5)          The registry of lobbyists shall be available on or before January 1, 2017.
