An Act to Amend the Maritime Economic Cooperation Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1                  The Maritime Economic Cooperation Act, chapter 118 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is amended by adding after subsection 3(2) the following:

3(3)             The Executive Council shall publish an annual report within 120 days after the end of the fiscal year to which the report relates, that contains a status report on the principles and strategic goals referred to in this section.
