An Act to Amend the Civil Service Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1                  The Civil Service Act, chapter C-5.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1984, is amended by adding after section 20 the following:

20.1 All terminations of employment without cause shall be reviewed by the Ombudsman.
