An Act to Amend the Employment Development Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Employment Development Act, chapter 148 of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after section 5 the following:

5.1 The Minister shall publish an annual New Brunswick jobs plan.
