An Act to Amend the Education Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 7 of the Education Act, chapter E-1.12 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1997, is amended by striking out “may” and substituting “shall”.

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
