An Act to Amend the Early Childhood Services Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1              The Early Childhood Services Act, chapter E-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2010, is amended by adding after section 23 the following:

23.1         The inspector’s report shall be published on the government website.
