An Act to Repeal the Declaration of Trust of Court House, 1826

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 The Declaration of Trust of Court House, dated January 5, 1826, from The Mayor, Aldermen and Commonalty of the City of Saint John to The Justices of the Peace for the City and County of Saint John, is repealed.
