An Act to Amend the Public Service Labour Relations Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 24 of the French version of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, chapter P-25 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended

(a)  in subsection (4) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”;

(b)  in subsection (7) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”;

(c)  in subsection (9) by striking out “dix-neuvième” and substituting “quatre-vingt-dixième”.
