An Act to Amend the Quarriable Substances Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 8 of the Quarriable Substances Act, chapter Q-1.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1991, is amended

aby repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following: 

8( 3) A peat exploration licence is valid for two years from the date the licence was granted.

bin subsection (4) by striking out “extended more than once” and substituting “extended more than twice”.
