An Act to Amend the Fish and Wildlife Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 39.1(2)(d) of the Fish and Wildlife Act, chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended by striking out “on October 28 and ending on November 17” and substituting “on October 14 and ending on December 31”.

2 Subsection 42(3.1) of the Act is amended by striking out “on October 28 and ending on November 17” and substituting “on October 14 and ending on December 31”.

Commencement

3 This Act or any provision of it comes into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation.
