An Act to Amend the Property Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 45(1)(c) of the Property Act, chapter P-19 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed and the following is substituted: 

cnotice of the sale has been published weekly for two consecutive weeks in a daily or weekly newspaper having general circulation in the county where the lands are located.
