An Act to Amend the Education Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 7(b) of the Education Act, chapter E-1.12 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1997, is amended by adding “, language” after “history”.

2 This Act comes into force on September 1, 2021.
