An Act to Amend the Municipal Elections Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Paragraph 13(1)(c) of the Municipal Elections Act, chapter M-21.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1979, is amended by adding “or a permanent resident of Canada” after “Canadian citizen”.
