An Act to Amend the Service New Brunswick Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 12 of the Service New Brunswick Act, chapter 44 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2015, is amended

ain subsection (1) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceeding three years”;

bin subsection (2) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceeding three years”.
