An Act to Amend the Regulatory Accountability and Reporting Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 9 of the Regulatory Accountability and Reporting Act, chapter 11 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2016, is amended by striking out “fifth anniversary” and substituting “tenth anniversary”.
